Here are some some answers to questions you may have.

Q. How do I report a problem or bug with the site?

A. Use the contact form and select “Report Bug” from the radio menu.

Q. My comments aren’t showing up and I’ve posted it 500 times!

A. Comments have to be approved before they show up to prevent spam. This might take a few minutes!

Q. How do I log into the site?

A. Login is only enabled for community publishers. You can still post comments anonymously or use authentication through Twitter and Facebook and even use a custom avatar. There aren’t any special features that require member registration so it’s not really necessary to have visitors register.

Q. How do I get an avatar?

A. You can sign up for one at www.gravatar.com. Just make sure you use the same e-mail address that you use to post to the site (your e-mail address is not shown on your comments).

Q. Where is the forum?

A. There is currently no site forum. This is something we may add in the future.

Q. Where is the community section?

A. It’s at http://myndflame.com/category/community

Q. Can I publish my World of Warcraft Machinima or related blogs on your site?

A. Yes! You will need to contact me so I can set you up with a publisher account. You must provide examples of your content before you can be approved. If you’ve always thought about making a Machinima video or blogging about it but never have you should probably start on that before you inquire about it!

Q. What happened to my old video and blog posts from the GameRiot site?

A. We’re working with GameRiot to import popular video and blog posts. If your post was not relevant to Machinima, World of Warcraft, or other topics that are interesting for the visitors of this site it probably won’t be  restored.
