Myndflame Electronic Music will take new direction as Mechanical Yeti

I’ve been writing electronic music since 1993, much of which you’re familiar with through its use in our movies like “Club Thrall“, “The Healing Pants“, “Razorblader“, “MC Raiders“, and “Learn 2 Play“. I’ve published several electronic albums over the years but my next project codenamed “Mechanical Yeti” will be my first release outside of the Myndflame umbrella.
I compose music in all different genres from orchestral soundtracks to comedy and club tracks. Moving forward, “Myndflame” music will be reserved for comedy and soundtracks while a new handle will be created for my serious music, specifically the electronic genres I compose like trance, experimental, and recently dubstep.
I’ve always intended to make music a big part of my future, and to take it to the next level my career as a comedian and a musician need the ability to grow independently of each other. “Mechanical Yeti” is a transitory base for fans to say to me, “I love, want, and support your music”. If you’re not familiar with my music or have any question as to what the future of Mechanical Yeti will hold, check out the 2007 Myndflame album “Animation”, and imagine a more modern, more powerful incarnation. If that excites you, you should follow the project via e-mail fanlist as well as the Mechanical Yeti page on Facebook where you can preview music from the next album.
